Well…it’s Monday ;) I’m having some sinus problems today. I think it’s just because I spent most of my time outside this weekend and everything is blooming. I needed to go to the grocery store today, needless to say, I didn’t have anything at home for breakfast. So, Smoothie King it was! I got my usual blackberry Green Tea Tango
It was a pretty busy day today. I had several things I needed to catch up on. Made some decent progress today too! Lunch was the last of my grilled hot dogs from Friday with some mustard on top, 2 kiwis and an apple.
I didn’t get my entire workout in today ;) I did 25 minutes (6 miles) on the bike but when I tried to run…wasn’t gonna happen. I’ve still have shin splints
Hopefully by Wednesday I’ll be good to go again. I did walk for a bit and stretched really good after. I also started the Pipes Challenge today! I’m taking the push up challenge, although I’m not sure I’ll be able to do 100 by the end of the 6 weeks. I’ve only been able to squeeze 2 out of these puny arms so far (and I really shouldn’t count the second one as an actual push up). You think that’s bad? You should see me try to do a pull up
I’ve always had weaker arms. I may not be able to do much damage punching you but I could certainly kick the mess out of you!
I, sadly, still don’t have my goal or program together for it. I’m going to work on that here in a few minutes. But first dinner! I still have a ton of chili to eat, so it will be making an appearance pretty regularly the rest of the week. Tonight I had a baked yellow potato topped with chili, onions, cheese, dollap of Daisy and black pepper. I only ate about half of it though. I had one of those “my eyes are bigger than my stomach” moments. LOL!

LOL! It was pretty pitiful. If you could have heard the whining after one…so embarrassing! You’re right though, if I can even do 10 at the end of 6 weeks, I’d be ecstatic!
