So, my arm is a tad sore today from my shot yesterday ;) Ouch.
I’ve decided to shift gears on the Pipes Challenge a little. Sadly, after 3 weeks, I can still barely do 5 “real” pushups. There’s no way I’m going to be able to do 50 in another 3. Instead, I added the 50 pushups to my 101 things in 1001 days (#37) to allow myself a little more time to build up to the full fledge pushup (50 times in a row!! Gah!). LOL! I’m instead going to do more traditional weight training on my arms and incorporate the pushups as I go
My breakfast was delicious, as usual Today I had a chai tea latte with my yogurt parfait!
Annnnd…lunch! Chicken sammy with cheddar and mustard, veggie dip with blue corn chips, apple, orange, coconut water and a few gummie bears.
I did 50 minutes on the elliptical after work, some arm weights, abs and a good stretching session! I feel awesome after all the stretching too
We’re house-sitting again for my Dad for a little bit. I love getting to hang with Pearl and Horatio (and Baby Boy, of course). So, I skipped walking the doggies tonight since they got in a good game of chase in the backyard together. They are always buck wild when they see each other. You’d think they hadn’t seen Jessie in ages (even though it was just this past Sunday). We’ll go out for a walk tomorrow.
We decided to just run to Bandito Burrito for dinner tonight. It was so good (as usual)
