For Free

Today was another pretty decent day. Some sunshine would have really made it better. Cloudiness several days in a row makes me sad. :sad:

I tried out another flavor Chobani Bite this morning: coffee with dark chocolate.

The first bite was a little weird since it was coffee with that bitter yogurt taste together. However, I love this one too! It doesn’t have a ton of chocolate either. Which is good for me, since it’s not my favorite thing ever. Although I do like dark chocolate 1000x more than milk chocolate. I also had some cottage cheese with pepper, coffee and my last banana.

I realized at lunch today that I haven’t shared my veggie find (actually my friend Lori found them, I’m just copying).

There’s a couple different varieties. Such an easy and tasty way to get in a good helping of veggies! With some rice all mixed up in a bowl…yum. Plus a little glass of skim milk and a pear Chobani (which is also amazing!).

This afternoon we had a little celebration for Jenell. She’s having her first baby very soon! We love baby showers! :lol:

I got in another good workout today! Four days in a row!! Go me. Today was the elliptical: 25 minutes with a 5 minute cool down and lots of stretching!

After my workout, I ran to get a couple new books to read. I LOVE THE LIBRARY! I love the way it smells and all the thousands of free books to read! Awesome! :grin:

I grabbed a quick snack when I got to the house.

Then got all my stuff together for tomorrow, (gym bag, breakfast, lunch, etc…) then started dinner. Tonight was kinda a smash up of stuff. I’m trying to be less wasteful, so that’s gonna make for some “different” meals from time to time trying to use up leftovers. It was good though and got the job done!

Turkey bacon, tiny baked potato and a little salad with salsa on top. :tounge:
